Confidentiality &
Data Security

Our IT systems and building security protocols are designed to protect sensitive information. All our personnel undergo a detailed security vetting process and are required to sign confidentiality agreements prior to commencing work.

Competence

Prior to engaging us, you will have the opportunity to meet and interview the principal with the carriage of your work, in order to provide you with assurance of your team’s qualifications and background. We offer a trial period, within which you may cancel your retainer, without any obligation.

Insurance

Most of the work we undertake should be covered under your existing professional indemnity insurance. Should you require specific advice on the impact of outsourcing on your professional indemnity insurance, we may assist in obtaining that advice.

Conflict Assessment

We undertake a thorough conflict check prior to engaging with any client or work. Any potential conflicts of interest are raised and discussed with you prior to commencing work.

Your Client's Consent

We do not directly deal with your clients. However, it is critical that your clients are aware of our contribution to their work. We may assist with disclosures if required.

Supervision

We will agree upon reporting and milestone dates, in which work and progress updates will be provided to you.
